Integrated Business Group (IBG) has been a leading Microsoft Dynamics Partner dedicated to the sales, consulting, service and support of Microsoft Dynamics and Acumatica Cloud ERP solutions throughout the United States and Canada. With over 23 years of experience, IBG has acquired a skilled team of consultants and developers.

IBG focuses on selling, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP (ERP accounting), Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Acumatica Cloud ERP and Microsoft SharePoint.   In addition, IBG does Business Process Consulting and Custom Application Development for our product lines.  IBG’s experience, proven methodologies and world- class consultants ensure customer success on every level.

Brian Caslow – President /CEO

Brian started IBG in 1987 and was among the First 100 Microsoft Partners globally to Implement and Resell Great Plains Dynamics.  Brian brings over three decades of experience in Microsoft Dynamics™GP, formally Great Plains, and boasts experience in the industry since the early 80’s.  Prior to establishing IBG, Brian was CFO for an Orlando Based Computer and Software Retailer and Vice President/COO of an Orlando Based Automotive Refinishing Wholesaler.  Brian is a University of Central Florida graduate who enjoys fishing, hunting, boating and travelling when not working.

Chris Caslow – Chief Operations Officer

Chris has been with IBG since 2002 handling upgrades, internal operations, customer relations, internal accounting and implementations. He also manages Microsoft Dynamics technical support and project management through the organization.  Previously, Chris was the Area Sales and Relationship Manager for Sherwin Williams Corporation, responsible for four counties in a 22 million dollar market.  He obtained his BS in Technology and Science from the University of Central Florida. Chris enjoys biking and travel in his down time.

Darren Hunt- Senior Consultant

Darren Hunt leads a team of IBG’s premier consultants specializing in the deployment, support, and extension of Microsoft Dynamics GP’s core financial management, business intelligence & reporting, and integration features for our world-class customers.  He frequently presents on a variety of Dynamics GP related topics and contributes to industry publications, sharing his experiences and strategies gained from 10+ years of helping customers improve their business management with technology.  Darren has been with IBG since 2005.

When you get a chance be sure to ask Darren about his life-long interest in aviation.  Before joining IBG he cut his teeth so-to-speak helping the corporate finance departments for 2 major commercial airlines.  It was during this time that he fell in love with technology and its ability to empower every level of an organization to do more, better, faster than what was previously possible.  To this day, though, Darren still says he sees no reason why anyone should ever jump out of a perfectly safe aircraft just for the fun of it.

When he is not above the water cheering for his kids at swim meets, you will likely find him in the water cranking out another lap of his own.

Dan Catchpole- Consultant

Dan has been both a Dynamics GP and SalesPad user for many years, and now offers his experience and expertise as a member of IBG’s manufacturing and distribution consulting team. He has been with IBG since 2014. Dan enjoys all things techie when not working.  He is our local “Coffee Connoisseur” as he enjoys a fine cup of Old Joe in his down time.

Nathan Tyson- Technical Support Specialist

Nathan is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years’ experience working in hospital and banking environments.  He has worked as a Dynamics GP Systems Administrator since 2002.  Outside of work he is passionate about digital photography and video production as well as painting. Nathan has been with the company since 2012.

 Jason Rondeau – Programming Language Polyglot, Integration Wizard, 21st Level, Pizza Lover

His experience includes SQL-Server, SSRS, Dynamics GP, SmartConnect, Scribe, Integration Manager, Extender, .NET, Smartlist Builder, Crystal Reports, Forms Printer, and too many computer languages to count.  Jason has been a Technology Consultant at IBG since 2014, working primarily on integrations between Dynamics GP and various disparate payment, sales, manufacturing, CRM, and POS systems.  In what he calls “The Dark Times”, prior to coming to IBG, Jason worked for various organizations as a basement code-monkey where he churned out internal-use toolsets and applications or fixed ancient archaic code designed in the deep past (the 1970’s).  He is happy to have a window now.

Jackie Smith- Consultant

Jackie has been working as a consultant and Microsoft™ Certified Trainer, MCT, for Great Plains since the late 1990’s.  Her expertise is in all the financials, distributions, FRx, Payroll, Fixed Assets and Human Resources.  She has been asked by Microsoft to write several of the eCourse material for Great Plains. She has been with IBG since 2000.

Dave Dery – Consultant

Dave is part of our Core Dynamics GP team. He has experience in GL, Payroll, Inventory, Bank, Sales Order Processing and Manufacturing.  He specializes in SSRS, integrations and SQL scripting. Dave has been with IBG since 2013. He assists the sales team in the evaluation and demo process as well as developing business relationships with prospective and current clients.

Sarah Redmond- Consultant

Sarah is another of our seasoned Core GP team members.  She has experience in all Financial & Distribution Modules including EFT Banking, Software Conversions and New Product Installations.  Sarah also has worked on GP and SQL upgrades, Frx to Management Report Conversions, routine Technical Support – onsite and phone/email, Onsite training for customers – GP, Frx, Excel, MR and third party products. She assists the sales team in the evaluation and demo process as well as developing business relationships with prospective and current clients. Sarah has been with IBG since 2001.

Heddy Domingo – Senior Developer

Originally from the Philippines, where she obtained her Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Heddy has been with the company since 2010 where she has hands on experience in migration and implementation of software solutions.

Ron Ullyot- Sales

Ron has been working in Sales and Marketing for Integrated Business Group since 1999.  He focuses on servicing both existing and new customers. He has a wife, four children and several grandchildren.  He lives in Apopka FL, and enjoys several sports including hockey coaching, golf, and fishing.  He is a graduate of University of Michigan with a degree in Economics.

Jeff Petersen – Sales

Jeff has been involved in technology solutions since the early 1990’s.  He has experience with hardware, infrastructure, and business applications.  Jeff started with the Dynamics GP platform in 2000, when it was Great Plains, and has worked with several hundred clients to find the right fit for their business needs and to get more out of what they already own.  Jeff has also worked with Dynamics CRM since its Beta release.  Jeff has been with IBG since 2011.

Cory Caslow – Operations/Human Resources/Marketing

Cory has been with IBG since 2011 handling Human Resources, Marketing,    Customer Relations, and other internal operational responsibilities. Previously, Cory was the Director of Operations at Church St. Station and also owned a local swimming pool company, responsible for design, sales and marketing. He obtained his BS in Science from Florida State University.

Darla Baker- Business & Finance Director

Darla holds multiple different titles depending on the activities of the day and has been with Integrated Business Group since 2007.  Most of her time is spent overseeing the accounting and billing functions of the company while lending support to the consulting and sales teams.  In addition to managing multiple roles at IBG, she enjoys her free time spent with husband and son traveling to hockey and taekwondo events.

Garret Caslow- Administrative Assistant

Garret handles all incoming calls at IBG as well as case management and support calls. He also performs some accounting administrative work and continues to learn CRM, Acumatica and GP.  He has been with IBG since 2012.
